Hyun Jin Ryu Exits Wednesday's Start With Forearm Tightness
2 years agoToronto Blue Jays pitcher Hyun Jin Ryu (forearm) was removed from Wednesday's start against the Chicago White Sox with left forearm tightness. He allowed three runs (two earned) on four hits while striking out four over four innings before exiting. The 35-year-old spent time on the injured list earlier this season with forearm inflammation. The severity of Ryu's injury is unknown at this time, and he's considered day-to-day. Fantasy managers should have more of a timeline of Ryu's injury after he undergoes further evaluation on his left forearm. Stay tuned.
