4 years agoToronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu (glute) is expected to return from the injured list and get the start on Thursday, according to Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic. Ryu landed on the injured list last week with a glute strain he suffered in his start last Sunday, having allowed three hits and one walk while striking out five in 3 2/3 innings before his early exit. He's gotten off to a good start this year with a 2.60 ERA and 26 strikeouts in 27 2/3 innings of work, and he'll look to continue that success against the Athletics on Thursday.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
