7 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu (groin) played long toss and threw to the catcher off flat ground on Monday. This is the first time Ryu has thrown since he suffered a strained left groin roughly three weeks ago. Manager Dave Roberts said Ryu would be sidelined until the second half, but it appears he's ahead of schedule. Fantasy owners with a disabled list slot available should keep Ryu because it sounds like he could return sometime next month if everything goes right, but no timetable has been announced.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
