7 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu (groin) threw a two-inning simulated game on Wednesday and will throw three innings in a sim game on Saturday in LA. After that, he could be ready for a rehab assignment. The Korean left-hander looks close to a return to the rotation, where he was 3-0 with a sparkling 2.12 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and career-high 10.9 K/9 before getting injured. He could bump either Rich Hill or Ross Stripling back to the bullpen when he returns.
