Ian Anderson Stellar In MLB Debut
4 years agoAtlanta Braves pitcher Ian Anderson allowed one run on one hit across six innings of work during his sparkling MLB debut against the New York Yankees on Wednesday. He struck out six batters while issuing two walks in the win. The top prospect was no-hitting the Yankees through five innings before Luke Voit blasted a solo homer off of him. Anderson has the makings of a front-end starter, although growing pains will undoubtedly arise along the way. The 22-year-old needs to be owned in all fantasy formats heading into his next projected start against the Boston Red Sox.
