Ian Happ Hits 15th Homer In Game 2 Of Doubleheader
3 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run in Game 2 of Wednesday's doubleheader versus the Colorado Rockies. Happ blasted a three-run home run off of Daniel Bard in the bottom of the seventh inning to tie the game and send it to extra innings. Despite the home run this evening, Happ has been a major disappointment at the plate this year and is hitting a dismal .198 with 15 home runs and 38 RBI. The outfielder has been getting plenty of opportunities to showcase himself in the second half of the season, but he hasn't made much of them and can be left on the waiver wire in all formats.
