6 years agoBoston Red Sox second baseman Ian Kinsler was activated off of the disabled list earlier on Friday afternoon, and he will be making his return on Friday night against the Tampa Bay Rays. Kinsler will start at second base and bat sixth in the order. While Kinsler has had an up-and-down season, he regains immediate value in fantasy terms. He will be the everyday second baseman for the rest of the season which means plenty of at-bats in that loaded Red Sox lineup. As long as he stays healthy, he will see ample opportunity to drive in runs. Any fantasy managers that need help at second base should pick him up if he is available.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
