7 years agoBoston Red Sox manager Alex Cora said second baseman Ian Kinsler (hamstring), who left the game early Friday with left hamstring tightness, may be headed to the disabled list. Kinsler walked, stole a base and scored a run Friday night in his only plate appearance before leaving the game. He's hit .244 with 13 home runs, 34 RBI and 11 stolen bases this year, and his value has gone up with a move to the best lineup in baseball. The veteran may be sidelined once again, though. With Xander Bogaerts also nursing a hand injury, Brock Holt and Eduardo Nunez may have to hold down the fort up the middle for a while.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
