6 years agoLos Angeles Angels second baseman Ian Kinsler is dealing with a groin issue and is questionable for Opening Day. If Kinsler is unable to go, the Angels would likely slide Zack Cozart over to second base and play Luis Valbuena and/or Jefry Marte at third base. Kinsler is not expected to miss much time, but he could start on the disabled list in order for the Angels to call up either Kaleb Cowart or Nolan Fontana to hold down a utility-infield role in his absence. Regardless, unless Kinsler's absence is much lengthier than originally reported, it should not impact his fantasy status this season.--patton
