6 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Ian Thomas posted a season-high 38 yards from his three catches against the New York Giants in Week 5. Thomas had six targets in the encounter, which was only bettered by wide receiver Devin Funchess. Thomas was given the opportunity to show why he should be considered to be used in rotation with a returning Greg Olsen expected to play Week 6, however, in the time that Olsen has been out of the lineup he hasn't shown that he can be trusted to deliver consistent fantasy numbers each week.--Richard King - RotoBaller
