3 years agoKansas City Royals designated hitter Jorge Soler will bat seventh on Thursday in a day game against Tigers starter Matthew Boyd. Soler is batting this low for only the second time this season as the slugger is slumping badly. The 29-year-old has just one hit in his last 30 at-bats and has seen his season average plummet to .175. At this point, it's hard to trust Soler in fantasy lineups until he shows signs of turning things around. DFS players can chase a homer from Soler as Boyd is a fly-ball pitcher, but redraft players should bench Soler for now.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
