4 years agoWashington Capitals goaltender Ilya Samsonov will make his seventh start of the season on Tuesday against the Islanders. The Russian netminder has a near-perfect 5-0-1 record this season with a 2.77 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage. He's been in great form, but this is a very tough matchup for the 24-year-old, as the Islanders will enter the contest with a nine-game winning streak.
