Indianapolis Colts Defense Strong In Week 16
3 years agoThe Colts' defense did enough to hold the Arizona Cardinals to 16 points during a 22-16 Week 16 win on the road Saturday night. While the Colts' defense did not force a turnover, they did not let the Cardinals establish the run game without James Conner, with Kyler Murray ripping off only one big run in the first half. The absence of Darius Leonard appeared to be cause for concern ahead of kickoff, but the defense played well enough to limit the Cardinals, forcing Murray to finish with a 46.9 QBR. The Colts defense should be positioned well against Derek Carr and the Las Vegas Raiders at home in Week 17, making them a solid streaming option during the fantasy championship round.
