4 years agoCleveland Indians President Chris Antonetti informed starting pitcher Zach Plesac on Tuesday that at the moment the Indians don’t have a spot for him on the big league roster. Plesac was off to a strong start of the season, but his carelessness by going out in Chicago found him demoted. If Plesac were to serve 20 days off the big league roster, the club would gain an addition year of his service. Plesac has already served 10 days and it looks like he will not be returning anytime soon. Plesac was sporting a 1.29 ERA in three starts prior to his poor decision and demotion. The Indians seem to always be producing starting pitcher and Plesac is a prime trade candidate.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
