3 years agoMiami Marlins infielder Isan Diaz hit a home run in Tuesday's win over the New York Mets. Diaz went 2-for-4 with the solo home run, giving him an RBI and a run scored as well. His other hit was a single. The strong performance skyrocketed Diaz's batting average to .184 and his OPS to .598. Diaz has shown lots of upside in Triple-A but has yet to do anything at the major league level. This could be the start of a hot streak or it could be just another tease, but either way, it seems like the Marlins will keep finding playing time for the guy whose batting average has yet to reach .200 this season.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
