4 years agoTexas Rangers shortstop Isiah Kiner-Falefa had a solid game during the club's 4-3 extra-inning victory against the Minnesota Twins on Thursday. He went 2-for-3 with two singles and a walk. Kiner-Falefa recently had a six-game hitting streak broken and was hitless over his last two contests prior to Thursday. The catcher-turned-shortstop isn't flashy, but he does a little bit of everything and has five home runs with six stolen bases through 33 games. Kiner-Falefa isn't an elite fantasy option at shortstop, but he can help in leagues where he retains his catcher eligibility, and especially in formats with two catcher slots.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
