4 years agoTexas Rangers infielder Isiah Kiner-Falefa continued his hot hitting against the Houston Astros on Tuesday night. In a comeback win for Texas, IKF was 3-for-5 with two runs scored. The infielder is slashing .385/.407/.500 in his last seven games and is kicking off the second half of the season in terrific form. The team didn't make any moves to block a path for Kiner-Falefa to continue to get playing time, so it should be full steam ahead for the catcher-available hitter. On the season, the 25-year-old has one home run, five RBI, and six stolen bases, but will get plenty of opportunities to show what he can do as the Rangers evaluate their roster heading into the back half of the 2020 season.--Euan Leith
