7 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Ivan Nova is away from the team for personal reasons and missed his start against the Blue Jays on Sunday. Nick Kingham started in his place on Sunday. It's unclear when Nova will return to join the team's rotation, so stay tuned. The veteran right-hander has gone 7-9 this year with a 4.35 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and weak 6.1 K/9 across 25 starts.
