3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher J.A. Happ earned his third victory of the season in Saturday's 6-5 win over the Kansas City Royals. Happ pitched five innings, allowing two runs on three hits with a pair of walks and five strikeouts. The veteran southpaw's fastball played well, as he generated six of his seven whiffs with the offering. Happ has now fanned 15 batters in his last two starts combined, his most in any two-start stretch this season. Happ's 4.44 expected ERA is a bit lower than his actual 5.44 mark, though it's not enough to vault him past streamer status in most fantasy formats. He lines up for a rematch against the Royals on June 3, where he'll once again have some appeal as a streamer.--Tim Capurso
