3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks relief pitcher J.B. Bukauskas was optioned to Triple-A Reno following Tuesday night's game, the team announced on Twitter. One of the team's top pitching prospects entering the season, Bukauskas has struggled in his first taste of the majors this year, going 2-2 with a 7.98 ERA, 1.841 WHIP and 17.4 percent strikeout rate over 14 2/3 innings of work. He still has the potential to be a solid starting pitcher in the future, but for now managers in redraft formats can safely ignore Bukauskas.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
