6 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder J.D. Martinez continued to do what he does best on Wednesday against the Baltimore Orioles. Martinez was 3-for-5 with a home run, three RBI, and three runs scored in a 19-3 Red Sox rout. The slugger is slashing .330/.403/.629 with 42 homers, 127 RBI, six stolen bases, and 109 runs scored. If not for teammate Mookie Betts, Martinez would likely be the AL-MVP at season's end. Regardless, it has been an incredible year from the 31-year-old. He has officially established himself as one of the most fearsome bats in the game.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
