3 years agoBoston Red Sox designated hitter J.D. Martinez hit a three-run home run for the second day in a row Sunday, going deep in the first inning off Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Keegan Akin. The long ball was his 23rd of the season. Martinez is well back into the swing of things after a few rough weeks, posting a .429/.484/.786 slash line over his past seven games. Martinez may see some additional time in the outfield to accommodate Kyle Schwarber, but it shouldn't slow him down at the plate, and fantasy managers can count on plenty of production in a stacked lineup.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
