J.D. Martinez Homers In First Game Of Second Half
3 years agoBoston Red Sox designated hitter J.D. Martinez picked up right where he left off Friday, going 1-for-4 with a solo home run off of New York Yankees reliever Justin Wilson. It was Martinez's 19th long ball of the year, and his only hit in four at-bats. The all-star has slashed .283/.403/.698 with five home runs over his last 15 games, and his season OPS now sits at a team-high .930. He's a fantasy monster.
