3 years agoBoston Red Sox J.D. Martinez had a banner day in Wednesday's 20-8 blowout win over the Tampa Bay Rays, going 4-for-4 with a double, two walks (one intentional), and a hit-by-pitch. He drove in two runs and scored three. This is Martinez's second four-hit game in his last three, and he now has a .414/.469/.621 slash line in his last seven, though he has just one home run since July 21. Fantasy managers have to be thrilled with his year, but are surely hoping the power returns in full force.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
