J.D. McKissic Quiet In Sunday Night Win Over Eagles
4 years agoWashington Football Team running back J.D. McKissic caught five passes for 30 yards and handled just two carries for no yards in a win over the Eagles on Sunday. McKissic was involved with eight targets, but he couldn't get much going against an Eagles Defense surprisingly good at defending pass-catching running backs. McKissic finishes the season as one of just two running backs (Alvin Kamara) to have over 100 targets as he carved out a solid role in the offense as a check down option for Alex Smith. McKissic is a solid PPR option at running back and will take on a good Buccaneers Defense in the first round of the playoffs.
