J.D. McKissic Racks Up Nine Catches Versus Giants
4 years agoWashington Football Team running back J.D. McKissic was heavily involved in a pass-happy game script against the Giants on Sunday. Starting QB Kyle Allen (ankle) was knocked out of the game and backup Alex Smith checked-down all day long targeting McKissic 14 times. McKissic caught nine of those targets for 65 yards. The running back "added" three carries for 17 yards, but his main involvement was in the passing game. If Smith remains the starter, McKissic is a start-worthy running back in 12-team fantasy leagues that use PPR scoring.
