J.D. McKissic To Sign With Bills
3 years agoFormer Washington Commanders running back J.D. McKissic plans to sign a two-year, $7 million deal with the Buffalo Bills, according to a source. McKissic has the ability to earn as much as $8 million through incentives. He played in only 11 games in 2021 due to injury and finished with 48 carries for 212 yards and two touchdowns while adding 43 receptions on 53 targets for 397 more yards and two more TDs. McKissic is much more effective as a pass-catcher out of the backfield, which will be bad news for Devin Singletary's 2022 fantasy upside. Singletary seized Buffalo's backfield over Zack Moss and others late last year, but he's unlikely to be an every-down back with McKissic now in the fold. McKissic will be an attractive fantasy RB in PPR leagues (if healthy) in a much more explosive offense.
