J.K. Dobbins Not A Season-Long Starting Option At This Stage
4 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins entered the season as a borderline Top 100 fantasy selection due to his multifaceted abilities out of the backfield. Even with veteran Mark Ingram II holding down primary running back duties, Gus Edwards has now emerged as Ingram’s primary backup, leaving Dobbins somewhat out in the cold. He played in a season-low 29 percent of the team’s offensive snaps last week against Cincinnati, which is not nearly enough to merit season-long or DFS consideration at this stage. While fantasy managers in keepers formats may be inclined to find a reserve spot for Dobbins, he holds little year-to-year intrigue at this point in the season.
