2 years agoSeattle Mariners shortstop J.P. Crawford (illness) is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Minnesota Twins, as expected. Crawford was a late scratch from Tuesday's lineup due to flu-like symptoms, and he was considered doubtful to play on Wednesday. There's a chance the 27-year-old, who has been a must-start in fantasy this year, can return to the lineup as early as Thursday against the Los Angeles Angels. Dylan Moore will get another start at shortstop on Wednesday and will bat sixth against Twins right-hander Sonny Gray. Moore is hitting just .215 on the year with two home runs and eight RBI in 84 plate appearances, but he did go 1-for-2 with a walk, two runs scored and two stolen bases in Crawford's absence on Tuesday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
