J.P. Crawford Scores Two Runs Against Royals
3 years agoSeattle Mariners shortstop J.P. Crawford scored two runs from the leadoff spot Saturday, going 2-for-6 with a double against the Kansas City Royals in an 8-7 12-inning loss. Crawford continues to be a successful spark plug for Seattle, but he just doesn't carry the same value in fantasy that he does in reality. Crawford is slashing .263/.326/.359 with six homers and three steals in seven attempts for the season over 482 at-bats. Even his 66 runs fail to be elite, meaning he should be ticketed for the waiver wire.
