J.T. Realmuto Activated from Disabled List
7 years agoAfter beginning the season on the disabled list due to a back injury, Miami Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto has been activated and will make his 2018 debut against the Yankees. Realmuto is batting fifth in his first game of the year. Realmuto's name has been floating around in trade rumors due to power and surprising speed on the base paths. He has at least 10 home runs and eight stolen bases the past three years and is coming off a campaign in which he hit .278 with 17 home runs, 65 RBI and eight stolen bases. While Realmuto's days as a Marlin could be numbered, he is a must-start in every league as one of the best catchers in baseball.
