5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto went 3-for-5 including a three-run homer to lead an offensive explosion for the Phillies Thursday. Realmuto also added a double and scored three runs on the afternoon. Realmuto has been a mild disappointment given his sky-high preseason expectations but has still been a top-option at fantasy's weakest position with a .274 average and 15 home runs. Realmuto has been swinging a better bat lately with a 50 percent hard-contact rate in July with a 27.4 percent line-drive rate, his best in any month this season. He'll continue to be an elite catching option in fantasy and has some quality matchups against the White Sox this weekend.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
