Jack Conklin Taking Part In Offseason Program
3 years agoCleveland Browns right tackle Jack Conklin (knee), who had surgery last December to fix a torn patella tendon in his knee, is taking part in the team's voluntary offseason program. "He's here, and he's working really hard," head coach Kevin Stefanski said this week. "I don't have a date for you, but he's on schedule with everything. He's doing a nice job." The hope is that the two-time first-team All-Pro will be ready for the start of the regular season. The Browns would really like to have Conklin ready to go, especially with a new starting center this year in either Nick Harris or Ethan Pocic. Conklin only played in seven games for the Browns in his second season with the team in 2021 due to his knee injury.
