Jack Doyle Leads Colts Tight Ends In Targets In Week 1 Loss
3 years agoIndianapolis Colts tight end Jack Doyle led the team in tight end targets, catching three of four passes for 21 yards in a 28-16 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. Doyle is the veteran amongst Mo Alie-Cox and rookie Kylen Granson and was rewarded with the most targets. However, these were limited and shallow targets. Carson Wentz favored the running backs instead of tight ends against the Seahawks in Week 1, making it difficult to trust any Colts tight end in a tough Week 2 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
