7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Jack Flaherty was called up from Triple-A Memphis to make Tuesday's start. Flaherty is taking the rotation spot of the injured Adam Wainwright (elbow), and he should have a chance to keep the job for a while if he performs well. Flaherty is worth picking up in most fantasy formats, even if his days in the majors might be somewhat numbered.
