5 years agoFlaherty was strong, but the Cardinals were never able to get anything going on offense. Flaherty finished the night with three earned runs through six innings while striking out eight. You can’t ask for much more on the road out of a young arm that doesn’t have playoff experience. Flaherty continues to show his maturity beyond his age and looks to be a good long-term replacement for Wainwright. The Braves evened up the series 1-1 on the back of Adam Duvall and the Cardinals will now bring the series back to home to Busch Stadium.--RotoBaller
