2 years agoThe St. Louis Cardinals placed starting pitcher Jack Flaherty (shoulder) on the 15-day injured list on Monday due to a right shoulder strain. It's certainly unideal news for the Cardinals and fantasy managers. Flaherty has been limited to three starts this season, throwing eight innings and allowing eight hits, six runs, five earned runs, a home run, and nine walks. He struck out six hitters in those eight innings of work. The starter previously missed time this season due to right shoulder bursitis.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
