2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Jake Flaherty (shoulder) made his first rehab start with Triple-A Memphis on Thursday. He allowed, four hits, three earned runs, and struck out two batters in his one inning of work. This wasn't the result the team wanted to see, but at least his velocity was still there. Flaherty isn't eligible to return for another two weeks, so expect at least one more rehab appearance from him. Fantasy managers will have to be patient as Flaherty might not return until closer to September.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
