Jack Flaherty Throws Another Bullpen Session Thursday
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals pitcher Jack Flaherty (oblique) threw another bullpen session on Thursday. According to manager Mike Shildt, the Cardinals ace will face live hitters next and announce on Friday when this will occur. The 25-year-old continues to work his way back from an oblique strain. Flaherty owned a 2.90 ERA, 1.03 WHIP, and 67: 20 K: BB in 62 innings over his 11 starts before landing on the injured list. Fantasy managers should continue to stash the 25-year-old in hopes that he returns to the Cardinals rotation soon.
