4 years agoNew Jersey Devils forward Jack Hughes scored his 11th goal of the season in Saturday's 4-2 loss against the Penguins, getting to 25 points for the year. Miles Wood was also on target. Hughes finished with four shots and an even rating in 22:19 of ice time. He rarely surpassed the 20-minute mark during the first half of the season but is now seeing plenty of action, and his numbers have improved thanks to that. The first pick of the 2019 draft has notched nine points this month, averaging 3.5 shots per game.
