3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (forearm) will make at least one rehab start before he is activated from the IL, with the team anticipating his return in early August, according to Mike Puma of the New York Post. deGrom was seen playing catch on Thursday, as he is working his way back from forearm tightness that has prevented him from pitching since the All-Star break.
