3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (forearm) is scheduled to undergo a check-up on Monday. Manager Luis Rojas mentioned on Friday that deGrom will be shut down an additional two weeks. It's uncertain what kind of news will come from this check-up. Although, it doesn't sound like deGrom is going to take the mound anytime soon. Right now, it seems like a long shot that deGrom is able to give the Mets significant innings in September.
