Jacob deGrom Looks Dominant in Simulated Game
4 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom looked dominant in a simulated game on Sunday. Facing the Mets everyday lineup, deGrom threw two shutout innings, allowing two hits, striking out three and walking none. deGrom is coming off of a National League Cy Young award season in which he posted an 11-8 record, 2.43 ERA and 0.97 WHIP with 255 strikeouts in 204 innings pitched. deGrom is a lock-down SP1 in all formats who can provide a high number of strikeouts and league-leading ratios.
