3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (elbow) is scheduled for a follow-up MRI on Wednesday. The right-hander has been basically shutdown since July due to a lingering elbow issue. He would need to build back up through throwing off flat ground, bullpen sessions, and likely rehab outings. It's uncertain if deGrom will pitch again for the Mets this season. Fantasy managers should continue to hold him for the moment, but don't get your hopes up for deGrom pitching for the Mets again in 2021.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
