4 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Jacob Nottingham will join the starting lineup for Game 2 of Thursday’s wild-card series versus Los Angeles and left-hander Clayton Kershaw. Correspondingly, Omar Narvaez will head to the bench, but will presumably be available to pinch-hit for later in the contest. In an extremely small sample size, Nottingham demolished southpaws in 2020 to the tune of a 1.340 OPS, including seeing three of his four hits leaving the yard. He’ll have some speculative DFS appeal due to his price tag.--Jesse Borek
