4 years agoToronto Blue Jays right-handed pitcher Jacob Waguespack was placed on the 10-day injured list prior to Thursday’s contest against the Yankees due to a strained left back. Things have gone sideways out of relief for Waguespack in 2020, having amassed an 8.15 ERA and 2.04 WHIP across 11 appearances. He becomes the latest Blue Jays pitcher to hit the IL, with the club adding Wilmer Font and T.J. Zeuch as potential reinforcements prior to the game. Rafael Dolis remains the only Toronto reliever that merits much season-long fantasy intrigue across most formats over the final week-plus.--Jesse Borek
