However, the former Texan would need to be off the field for a "lengthy period of time" before the franchise opts to bring in a helping hand. Cleveland currently has Joshua Dobbs as the No. 3 option on the depth chart. Yet, considering he has minimal experience as a primary signal-caller, the Browns may look to acquire someone like Jimmy Garoppolo, who has reportedly been on the trade market for months.
