JaCoby Jones Out with Calf Tightness
5 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder JaCoby Jones was removed from the lineup on Friday due to calf tightness. Jones only played in 88 games last year after fracturing his wrist. In his shortened season, he still produced 11 home runs, and he has already homered this spring. If he can put a full season together, he could be a solid source of power in deeper leagues. Nevertheless, his abysmal career batting average of .211 and his injury history keep him off the radar in most mixed leagues.
