5 years agoESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Jacksonville Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell has placed a call to Detroit Lions general manager Bob Quinn about the teams's picks in Thursday's first round. Coupled with the noise about Jacksonville's interest in Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, this news could mean that the Jaguars are preparing to make a run at the third overall pick and a potential franchise quarterback.
