7 years agoThe Jacksonville Jaguars declined the contract options for tight end Mychal Rivera and wide receiver Arrelious Benn on Tuesday, and they will become free agents in March. Rivera didn't play at all in 2017 and Benn had only one catch for 12 yards in nine games with Jacksonville.
